My flowers turned up later than I was expecting, so I was a bit irritated at first. I remember because I’d left a mug of tea by the door while waiting and it went completely cold, which somehow made me more annoyed. I sent them an email that evening and they replied the next morning, so that was decent enough.
They apologised and sorted out a small refund without making me jump through hoops. The flowers themselves were still really pretty, it was just the delivery that let things down a bit. I’d probably use them again, but I’d order a little earlier next time just to be safe...

The amount on the gift card was exactly right and it worked just like it was supposed to. Truly a rare and thrilling moment when something does the basic thing promised.

I sent flowers to my sister and she said they were really and fresh, which was a relief since I’m always a bit cautious ordering flowers online. The tracking worked really well, and I got updates quickly. I didn’t have to keep checking constantly, which was nice.

I used The Flower Shed for my sister’s birthday because, i left it a bit late, late. It ended up working out well though. The bouquet looked really nice and felt right for the occasion, not too fancy or over the top.
The delivery showed up on the right day, which was the big, big thing for me. The flowers were fresh overall, although a couple of them looked just a tiny bit tired by the next day.

I was happy with it in the end and would probably use them again for birthdays or a small thank-you gift. Not perfect, perfect, but definitely good enough.
